Alluding to the volatile nature of volcanic lava, MOLT is a brutalist-inspired lamp that takes an organic and textured shape.
The work brings the outside in, exploring how the naturally occurring can present value in the home space much like the man-made.
Extending on Joanne's interest in post-digital aesthetics, it also alludes to the function of 'simulated inflation' function in contemporary 3D design software.
